We are a small family owned and run business with low overheads, such as rate-free premises, low PAYE costs and other expenses. We have a genuine desire to make sure our pricing is fair and in the region we consider reasonable, and pass those savings onto our customers. Times are tough for all at the moment and the last thing anyone needs is to be “ripped off” or sold items they don’t need.

We are a family business and understand that family is first, so to allow our team a balanced family/work lifestyle while still providing a high-quality service — our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6pm. We are proud to be one of the first garages to implement a four-day working week, a concept that’s gaining recognition in the media for its benefits to both business and employees.

We offer a range of maintenance services catering to different budgets. Compare these here. We undertake most repair work that may fail an MOT or prevent you from being on the road! We are also able to use computer diagnostics to de-code an engine management light/fault.

As we are only a small unit with two vehicle lifts, there are some larger more time-consuming jobs we are unable to accommodate. However, we can usually refer to a local garage that we trust to be able to help you get back on the road.

We do not have an auto-electrician on site so we may have to refer you to another local garage if your electrics are misbehaving.

We accept all major debit and credit cards excluding American Express (part of our cost savings — they’re not a cheap processing company). We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and others.

Not at all! Your booking price includes VAT. We would never go ahead with any work (such as MOT failures or advisories) without speaking with you and receiving permission. We are honest about which work to prioritise. For example, you may have been advised your brake discs are lipped — but these are far from being a safety or efficiency issue. This way you are able to prioritise your budget accordingly to repairs that really are a safety concern.

Our quotes are personalised to the vehicle and specific job. We need to source a parts quote (we never charge more than what the parts cost us) and add on the required labour hours.
